Custom Built Nutrition Training
Nothing is
more important to your well-being, physique and
health than good nutrition. Eating the right
foods helps you achieve/maintain desirable body
weight, stay physically fit, and establish
perform optimally. Without the right foods, even
physical conditioning and expert coaching aren't
enough to push you to your best. Good nutrition
must be a key part of your training program if
you are to succeed.
Most people seem to believe that exercise is everything. Not so! Nutrition is actually responsible for about 80% of one’s physique. Until a person’s nutrition plan is balanced and consistent, they are, unfortunately, wasting time in the gym. There is a very delicate balance between burning body fat and maintaining and/or building lean muscle mass, and that’s where “Custom Built Nutrition” comes in.
This is the first step to
training with me. My Custom Built Nutrition Plan
is a 90 min. (one on one) Nutrition Appointment
where the client goes through my copyrighted
nutrition training for the first time. In this
training, I emphasize “real world” methods
backed by scientific bodybuilding principles of
building lean muscle mass and decreasing stored
body fat.
My diets are custom built for each individual. After explaining the basics, together we examine your lifestyle, schedule, personal goals and individual needs. After all, everyone is different. Who would want to go to a doctor where every symptom was treated the same? Everyone has a different schedule, has different food likes/dislikes and has different personal goals. What works for one person is not necessarily going to work for another. The important thing about any nutrition plan is that the dieter can follow it! The plan must be flexible enough for your daily lifestyle, no matter how busy you are. That is what Custom Nutrition does for each and every client.
The client decides how aggressive they want
to pursue their fitness goals. Whether you need
an easy, slow paced plan while you get adjusted
to this new and healthy lifestyle, OR you want
the “fast track” to fitness, I write a specific
diet to meet those goals. -
In the end, you walk away motivated, educated and most importantly with a personalized specific meal plan in hand, made just for you. It is the first of several meal plans that we (as a team) will plan, as you move closer to your fitness goal. After the initial consultation is completed, Clients do a “3 Day Check Up”, conversing on how things are going and making any needed adjustments. After that, on a weekly basis for the first month we monitor progress. At the 4-6 week point, new measurements, new pictures and new body fat reading are recorded.
I continue to work with clients until their goal is reached. I tell all my clients, “Let Me Fail You”. I continue to work with my clients on their nutritional needs for as long as it takes to get to that goal. It is a one time commitment that I honor over the life of a client.

Step 2
Clients (not currently weight training) start with a cardio program (wk 1) and then add 2-4 sessions per week of target training on week two. Clients who currently exercise can begin with target training sessions immediately (2-4x weekly).
The Target Trainer is:
• Self-Contained
• Over 115 exercises
• Improves strength, overall cardiovascular endurance, flexibility & bone density
• Will kick start your current weight routine
Beginner, Advanced, even Injured?
Target Training is most appreciated by a current gym goer. Injured muscles feel the ease of motion and pain free movement of every joint. The beginner is equally as excited with the trainer. You engage many gross muscle groups, as well as your stabilizers (‘your core”; abs) throughout the entire work out.
Target Training:
• Places joints in position to safely maximize muscle strengthening without improperly
stressing other joint structures.
• Variable resistive bands allow gradual progression to protect and rehabilitate muscles.
• Prevent common injuries to the knee, lumbar spine, and shoulders don’t occur like in
the gym.
• Dynamic lumbar stabilization, core strengthening, throughout your entire workout.
