Although Gary, Age 48, had spent a lifetime in the gym (as you can see from his "before" pic), he decided that he needed to shake things up a bit when he entered a "30 Day Holiday Makeover" with his daughter. It was a contest to help my clients stay motivated through the holidays.

He and his daughter (pictured here- Leigh Anne) worked out together, did cardio together and ate healthy together throughout the holidays in 2004! Gary lost a couple of inches off his waist, upped his best bench press and decided later that year to run a marathon! Way to go Gary!

The Family Affair

This family affair, with husband and wife, Tiny and Sheila from Rancho Cucamonga made some incredible change in their first 6 weeks on the Custom Built Nutrition Program. Tony dropped 11 lbs and Sheila lost a whopping 32 and 22 inches! A testament to Teamwork!

To Anyone Looking for a Trainer!

 


 

I was approaching a milestone birthday (50), and was more aware the difficulty of losing weight with age! No matter what I did the scale wouldn’t budge- 5x/wk at the gym, running two marathons- nothing seemed to help. I thought I was doing everything right! My husband and I dined out a lot. A waitress we knew gave me Tracey’s business card after I kept asking her every week how she was losing weight and getting so toned. I decided for my big birthday that’s what I wanted, a personal trainer.

 

I called Tracey and she asked me to keep a journal for three days of what I ate, my exercise, and work schedule and send it to her before my appointment. When I showed up for my first appointment she weighed and measured me and she told me from now on I was to stay off the scale at home.

 

She analyzed my food journal and discovered I wasn’t eating enough protein and I wasn’t drinking enough water. I guess diet cokes don’t count as water! My sugar intake was causing the ups and downs all day and the cravings I was fighting. She explained very simply, the good, the bad and the ugly food choices! She made me a meal plan that was simple and fit my schedule.

 

She showed me how simple and delicious recipes. Some of my very best recipes are from Tracey. Her oatmeal with apples is one of my favorites. She taught me how to cook chicken breasts that are so juicy and easy. I no longer had cravings for sugary foods. I learned what exercises gave me the results I had been wanting! No more running she said. Everything turned out to be different in order to get results.

 

It didn’t take long for me to see a change. I felt great and for the first time I “understood” what I needed to do. Before long I had lost 36 overall inches. I learned it doesn’t matter so much what the scale says, it is how your clothes fit and how healthy you feel.

 

There is no quick fix, no fad diet, just hard work and making the right choices everyday to get the results you want. I learned you can change your shape even after you are 50 years old. Tracey is more than my trainer now. She is a dear friend. She is there when you need a kick in the butt or a just a loving hug. She has changed my life and the lessons I learned from her are timeless.

My name is Fran and I met Tracy through a friend in 2002. At that time I was miserably overweight, depressed and had zero energy for anything. I’ll never forget our first conversation when I told her I was on over 8 different medications for depression, anxiety, etc. She told me she would get me off all of them! I didn’t believe her.

 

Tracey helped me with a diet that I could afford, cook and maintain being a single mom on a limited budget. I always thought a “personal trainer” would be a total waste of money. It was the best money I have ever spent. Not only did she work with me financially, but she kept her promise. Over about 6 months I lost almost 25 lbs.

There have literally been hundreds of people I have been blessed to work with and more importantly who have endeared their trust in me and my program and personal training.

 

For that I am grateful, but this is a celebration of MY AWESOME dedicated clients! Without them, I am just a “dumb bodybuilder”! Although they got the plan from me, the determination, the drive and the hard work came 100% from them.

 

These are REAL everyday people; many of them live here in the Inland Empire and the ONLY difference between you and them is that they wanted it!
